Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and Depression
Dr. Rami Nader is a
registered psychologist and director at the North Shore Stress and
Anxiety Clinic (www.nssac.ca) in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
He received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University
of British Columbia and has specialized clinical training in
cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression. He was one of the first psychologists certified in cognitive-behavioral therapy by the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (www.cacbt.ca). In addition to his private practice at the North Shore
Stress and Anxiety Clinic, he is currently an Adjunct Professor in
the Department of Psychology at the University of British Columbia,
teaching and training clinical psychology graduate students in
cognitive-behavioral therapy.
He has extensive experience in diagnosis, assessment and cognitive-behavioral treatment of a range of clinical problems, including:
